About DeJeon Cain
DeJeon Cain is a lifelong Gainesville resident, business owner, and community leader with decades of service on local boards and commissions. He currently chairs the Alachua County Affordable Housing Board and the City of Gainesville Equal Opportunity Office. His experience includes three years on the City Planning Board, five years as a Gainesville Police Explorer, and five years on the Black on Black Crime Task Force. He owns Fortitude Security and is running for Gainesville City Commission, District 3.
